PURPOSE:To simultaneously adjust spring load and damping force without a surplus oil pressure pipeline by connecting oil pressure chambers of a spring load adjust mechanism and a damping force adjust mechanism to each other and coupling same to a single oil pressure source. CONSTITUTION:An oil pressure chamber S3 of a damping force adjust mechanism comprising an adjust rod 8 slidably inserted in a piston rod 3 is formed on a mount bracket 12 fixed to the outer end of a hollow piston rod 3. Further, formed is an oil pressure chamber S4 of a spring load adjust mechanism comprising a casing 13 fixed to the outer periphery of a mount bracket 12 and a plunger 14 slidably fitted in the casing. The respective oil pressure chambers S3, S4 are connected to each other by an oil path 20 in the mount bracket 12, and connected to an oil pressure chamber S4 of a pressure generator 30 through a hose 23. |
