发明名称 WIRE-CUT ELECTRIC DISCHARGE MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable controlling of machining condition such as renewal feed and tensile force of a wire electrode and machining feed of a body to be machined by detecting magnetic characteristic of the wire electrode or magnetic property of the body to be machined at the time of pulse discharge and by understanding the electrical discharge machining condition of machining clearance. CONSTITUTION:A wire electrode 1 is exposed to high frequency discharge of some 10kHz or more at the front side of machining clearance 1G while it is delivered from the tip of a nozzle 9A and is entered into a nozzle 9B, and heated by electrical discharge and cooled by machining liquid, then it is placed in a magnetic field generated by discharge current. Magnetic property and magnetic characteristic of the wore electrode 1 passing sequently a detecting device 10 are almost constant. The detecting signal by a coil 103 of the detecting device 10 is input to a sensing and discriminating device 105 and compared with much information stored previously and magnetic infromation before machining. Electrical discharge machining condition in machining clearance 1B is sensed and discriminated and display alarm signal and control signal are output from a terminal 106. Then renewal feed and ensile force of the wire electrode, given vibration, machining feed of the parameter body to be machined of applied voltage pulse are controlled.
