PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus for preventing contamination due to the adhesion of a solution to a discharge part and formed dew, constituted so as to alternately wash the discharge part by the washing member mounted to the shaft body provided in a freely liftable and rotatable manner or to mount a dew preventing cover. CONSTITUTION:A treating apparatus, wherein a dew preventing cover 15, a washing liquid supply pipe 17 and a nozzle 16 are attached to the leading end part of a shaft 8, is provided to a position close to a discharge part equipped with a short shaft 3 continued to the partition valve 2 of a treating tank 1 and an exhaust hood. After a solution is discharged from the above mentioned treating tank 1 and the partition valve 2 is closed, the above mentioned shaft 8 is rotted through first and second movable arms 11, 13 by operating cylinders 9, 12 to position the nozzle 16 and a funnel 17 below the short shaft 3 and, subsequently, the shaft 8 and the nozzle 16 are raised by a cylinder 7 while a washing liquid supplied from the washing liquid supply pipe 17 is injected from the nozzle 16 to wash the interior of the short shaft 3 and the washing liquid is discharged from the funnel 17. Thereafter, the shaft 8 is raised and rotated to retract the nozzle 16 and the dew preventing cover 15 is mounted to the short shaft 3 to prevent dew condensation. |
