<p>New thieno [2,3-b] pyrrole compounds of the formula: <IMAGE> in which: R is hydrogen, (C1-C5) alkyl, alkali or alkaline earth metals ammnonium or mono- di- or tri-(C1-C5) alkylammnonium; R1 is hydrogen, or (C1-C5) alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, (C1-C5) alkyl, phenyl or phenyl-(C1-C5) alkyl; R3 and R4, the same or different are each hydrogen, halogen, (C1-C5) alkyl, (C1-C5) alkoxy, or R3 and R4 together represent: -CH=CH-CH=CH-. These new compounds may be used as medicines especially in the treatment of acute or chronic pain.</p> |
