PURPOSE:To make the titled device small in scale and to shorten the time for processing by making a unit of transmission of a transmitted picture to the unit that combines data for 1 line of the picture and information of position and direction corresponding to the line. CONSTITUTION:A frame synchronizing device 1 synchronizes picture data from a satellite for each frame and writes on a buffer memory 2 and reads out information of latitude, longitude and direction and picture data for 1 line, and calculates a position that corresponds to the center point of a partial picture to be cut out in received picture data from an uncertain position of the center point of a partial picture to be cut out inputted from a position designating device 5. Then, the state of a joy stick 8 is read, and the value of lateral direction of the center position of cutting out partial picture in received picture data is corrected. By repeating above-mentioned processes until a processing stop instruction is issued, a desired partial picture can be obtained. |
