PROCESS FOR PREPARING MORPHOLINO COMPOUNDS

Morpholino compounds (I) are prepared from a morpholino derivative(II) by means of alkylation with an alkylating agent (III) where, R1 = C8 - C12 linear or side chain alkyl group on the second or the third position of the morpholino ring; R2 = C2 - C6 a linear or side chain alkyl group substituted with hydroxyl group. The total sum of carbon atoms of R1 and R2 is 10 - 18; and X = halogen atom or reactive oxide with hydroxyl group of R2. The product is used as a pharmaceutical agent for dental treatment.
