PURPOSE:To perform correct measurement and analysis by removing a ripple portion included in a detection signal while modulating a dispersion field such as an electric field and a scanning magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A signal including a ripple portion is supplied to variable band bus filters 10 and 11. A frequency component corresponding to a noize component mixed in at a scanning power source 8 can be obtained through the band bus filter 10, while said frequency component is anti-phased into the noize by a phase circuit 13 while its strength is regulated by the variable resistance 15 followed by being supplied to the scanning coil power source 8 so as to prevent the ripples from piling up to a spectrum. Likewise, the fluctuation of the detection signal due to a noize to be mixed in at the electric field power source 2 and in the electric field 3 is prevented by the signal to be supplied to the electric field power source through the band bus filter 11, the phase circuit 14 and the variable resistance 16. |
