摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform the equivalent test of a switch, by applying predetermined voltage to a switch to be tested from a voltage source through a rectifier, and supplying a predetermined current to the switch to be tested from a current source through a rectifier connected so as to have the same polarity as the rectifier of the voltage source circuit. CONSTITUTION:A circuit capable of supplying a current to a switch 1 to be tested from a current source 2 through a rectifer 16 and a circuit capable of supplying voltage to the switch 1 from a voltage source 3 through a rectifier 18 are used. The rectifiers 16, 18 are connected in the same polarity in a continuity state only in the direction of the switch 1. The voltage source 3 uses a boosting transformer 23 branched from the current source 2 and regulated so as to bring the phases of output voltage and the voltage of the current source 2 to the same phase. When the switch 1 and a bypass switch 20 are turned OFF and a making switch 38 is turned ON, voltage is applied to the switch 1 from the voltage source 3 and a current is supplied from the current source 2 when the switch 1 is brought to a continuity state. At this time, the current is measured by a voltage measuring potential divider 30 and a current measuring shunt 32 and the equivalent test of the switch is enabled.</p>
