PURPOSE:To detect the breakdown of the whole control parameters in RAMs on the same chip by storing in ROMs specific data on specific addresses of the RAMs on the same chip. CONSTITUTION:Specific data X-Z are written in the specific addresses ROMs 1-3 of an ROM4. The specific data X-Z are previously written in the specific addresses RAMX-RAMZ of RAMs 5a-5c in an RAM5. The data X on the location ''1'' of the ROM4 is loaded to an accumulator ACC and the coincidence between the load data X and data X in the RAM5a is checked. In case of inconsistency, control is not started but stopped. In case of coincidence, the suceeding ROM data Y and data Y of the RAMY are checked by the ACC and the control is stopped at the inconsistency and started at the coincidence. Thus, discharge current for the detection of voltage is reduced by checking the contents of the battery backup RAM directly. |
