PURPOSE:To produce automatically and consecutively the titled digital signal recording/reproducing disk with high efficiency by means of a compact device, by providing plural disk loading/unloading parts and protecting film forming parts of the same number of pairs as said disk loading/unloading parts on the circumference of the same plane of a turntable. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal 3 is produced on a substrate 2 of a video disk 1, etc. and a protecting film 5 is formed on the disk containing a reflective film 4. In this case, two loading/unloading parts 14 and 20 for disks 1 and 1' are formed on a turntable 13 together with dropping positions 15 and 21 for protecting liquids 16 and 22 which are hardened by ultraviolet rays in the revolving directions shown by arrow heads, spinning positions 17 and 23 for even coating of the protecting liquids, and irradiating positions 18 and 24 for ultraviolet ray irradiating devices 19 and 25 respectively. Then the table 13 is rotated to process both disks 1 and 1' at a time. Thus the disks for production of films 5 are produced continuously with high productivity and high reliability by means of a compact device. |
