PURPOSE:To improve non-glare effect by forming thin metal film onto the coarse face. CONSTITUTION:Under vacuum environment of thinner than 2X10<-5>Torr, metal chrome is deposited by 800Angstrom onto the outer face of panel treated through fluorine acid to have the light transmission factor of 86% and the luster degree of 65 thus to achieve the characteristic of light transmission factor of 82% and the luster degree of 60. When forming thin metal films onto the inner and faces of coarsed panel, the degree of luster can be lowered while the light transmission factor of panel can be controlled to random level. Consequently, when forming thin metal film onto the surface of coarsed face plate, non-glare effect can be improved without sacrifice of resolution. |
