摘要

PURPOSE:To remove simply dirt of cooking materials, etc. by impressing electric power to a heating element of infrared-ray transmission type to heat a silicon substrate and maintain the substrate to high temp. CONSTITUTION:A silicon oxide film 5b is formed on a surface of the silicon substrate 5, and furthermore, an SiC film is formed on the one surface to compose the heating element 7 of infrared-ray transmission type. In case an infrared-ray transmission window becomes dirty by cooking materials, electric power is impressed to said element 7 to heat the substrate 5 at about 400 deg.C for several min.
