PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory magnetic latent image with a simple constitution by applying the electric energy to each heating element in a time interval longer than the specific value when a magnet performs magnetization in a certain direction and the other magnet performs magnetization in the opposite direction to the first magnetization. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 7 magnetizes evenly a thermomagnetic recording medium 1 in a certain direction within the surface of the medium 1. While a magnet 42 impresses a magnetic field opposite to the direction of the magnet 7 to the area of the medium 1 which is heated by a heating head 3. In this case, the supplying time interval of electric energy is set at >=0.1msec to each heating element of a heating resistor 2. |
