The device consists of hollow-cylindrical pegs (1) consisting of glass-fibre-reinforced plastic which are provided at their one end with a collar (3), and with latching tabs (4) in three further radial planes, the distance between the first and the second radial plane and between the third radial plane and the collar in each case corresponding to the thickness of the printed-circuit boards (6 and 7) which are to be connected, and the distance between the second and the third radial plane corresponding to the predetermined parallel distance (b) between the printed-circuit boards. The hollow-cylindrical pegs are provided with longitudinal slots so that the latching tabs can latch in a sprung manner into holes (8, 8') in the printed-circuit boards. The devices are used for the attachment of additional fitted printed-circuit boards to base printed-circuit boards, using the so-called sandwich technique. <IMAGE>
