Outlet element for the supply of air, especially where the quantity of air is calculated from hygienic requirements, in that the requirement for heating/cooling is covered in other ways. In combination with an air supply system, preferably a heating/cooling surface system or blowing in via a grating in the floor, walls and/or ceiling, a bag is used for introducing air according to a displacement system which leads to air inlet speeds of 0.1-0.2 m/s, i.e. so-called diffuse blowing. The system is further characterised in that the said bag is constructed from a perforated tube (2), on one end of which a junction (3) is placed, a bag sheathing (1) which can consist of e.g. a filter material being stressed externally onto the tube, the bag sheathing (1) being attached to the tube by means of fastening bands (4). A control bag (7) is set in the perforated tube (2) and is stressed or stretched by means of adjustable springs (8), the spring force and the friction between the control bag (7) and the tube (2) alone or together controlling the quantity of air. A flap for manual or automatic regulation can be fitted in the bag. <IMAGE>
