PURPOSE:To provide an optimal quantity of lubricant by detecting an exothermic temperature of a seal ring in the dust seal and supplying a quantity of lubricant corresponding to an exothermic temperature. CONSTITUTION:A plurarity of lubricating holes 13 are formed in a seal ring 12 constituting a seal surface and are then connected to a lubricant supply source through a lubricating pipe 14. In addition, a mounting hole 17 for a temperature sensor 16 is formed in the seal ring 12 and a temperature-regulating gauge is connected to the sensor 16. Thus a quantity of lubricant corresponding to the temperature of the seal ring 12 can be suplied to the seal surface X by changing the number of revolutions of a motor for a pump through a control box at a signal from the temperature-regulating gauge. |
