The intermediary space between the lowered plate (1) and the house wall (2) is formed with the aid of distance components (3) pivotably attached to the side of the plate facing the house foundation. The pivoting is restricted to between an upper position, where the distance components are directed straight outwards from the plate, and a lower position where they are directed downwards. Pivoting downwards takes place against the effect of a spring component (8). The plate is supported against the side of the cavity turned away from the house foundation by distance components (5) fitted upwards on the side of the plate turned away from the house foundation. Sand for drainage purposes is placed in the space (4) between the plate and the house foundation, and back-fill material in the intermediary space on the other side of the plate. Between the two kinds of material, a fibre sheet is fitted (9) attached to the plate before it is inserted into the cavity. |
