PURPOSE:To reduce the manday and shorten the construction period involving lining and welding by a method in which lining to cover the inside and outside of the lower pedestal is integrally formed for inside and outside and insert metals are fixed to the inside. CONSTITUTION:The inside and outside of a lower pedestal 30 are covered with inner and outer linings 32 and 33, and 3 ring girders 2-4 are set on the bottom to make up a reinforced vertical concrete cylinder. Many stud bolts 34 are fixed to the lower half periphery of the inner lining 32 and also many stud bolts 35 are integrally fixed to the lower half inside of the outer lining 33 in advance. A cylindrical scoop 21 of the same lentgh as the wall thickness of the lower pedestal 30 is then thrust and fixed toward the center, and plural burying metals 22 as fitting seats of attendant structure are fixed to the periphery in advance. The manday for the lower pedestal can thus be reduced and the safety can be raised. |
