发明名称 METHOD FOR ADJUSTING FLOW OF WASTE COMBUSTION GAS IN HEATING FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust freely the flow of the waste combustion gas in a heating furnace and to improve the thermal efficiency of the furnace by adjusting the angle of partition walls according to the fluctuation in the flow rate of the waste combustion gas. CONSTITUTION:Partition walls 11 which partition the respective zones of a heating furnace are disposed continuously and individually rotatably around the vertical axes in the transverse direction of the furnace. The flow of the waste combustion gas is adjusted by changing the angle theta of inclination of the individual partition walls 11 according to the flow rate of the waste combustion gas in the furnace. A suitable number of the continuously disposed walls 11 are opned with the angle theta of inclination if, for example, the flow rate of the waste combustion gas increases with an increase in combustion load. The number of the walls 11 having the opened angle theta of inclination are conversely decreased to change and adjust the sectional space 7 in which the waste combustion gas flows when the flow rate of the waste combustion gas decreases. The pressure in the furnace and the heating pattern in the transverse direction of the furnace are thus made uniform. The faster response with control for the temp. and the pressure in the furnace and better controllability than with the conventional furnace are obtd. and higher thermal efficiency of the heating furnace is obtd. when this method is applied to a heating furnace for steel material.
