PURPOSE:To facilitate stationary balance and rotary balance of an armature by cutting the outer periphery of an armature core to roughly regulate the balance, then fixing small piece such as putty to cut portion or armature coil to precisely regulate the balance. CONSTITUTION:Recess slots 7a, 7b and 8 are formed in suitable number on the outer periphery of an armature core 2 engated with an armature rotational shaft 3. Thus, stationary balance is regulated. Then, small amount of epoxy putty is bonded to an armature coil 5 or the recess slots to finely regulate the dynamic balance for final regulation. Thus, precise balancing work can be readily performed including excessive cutting together with bonding in addition to regulation by only cutting. |
