<p>PURPOSE:To simplify incorporating work of a friction pad, by a method wherein a lug part is formed on a friction pad, arms for incorporation of a suspending and holding pins of pads are formed by protruding them from one side leg and the other side leg of a calipers, and the suspending and holding pin of the pad is built extending over those arms. CONSTITUTION:A pair of lug parts 21, 22 extending in a diametral direction of a rotor is formed on friction pads 11, 12, and incorporating legs 26, 27 of suspending and holding pins of pads are formed on both sides of a circumferential direction of the rotor by protruding them from one side leg 4 and the other side leg 5 of a calipers 2. Then a pair of the suspending and holding pins 28 of the pads crossing a fringe part of the rotor in an axial direction is built extending over arms 26, 27. With this construction, as the suspending and holding pins 28 of the pads can be either removed or incorporated at the time of either incorporation of the friction pads 11, 12 to the calipers 2 or exchange of the friction pads 11, 12 the foregoing work becomes simple.</p> |
