PURPOSE:To decrease the occurring ratio of inferior products, preventing the adhering of a molded product to a top force at mold opening after molding process by holding the molded product onto a bottom force by the projection provided in the bottom force. CONSTITUTION:When a top face 1 and a bottom force 2 for one body molding are combined, they have the cavity 3 recieving foaming material. The holding device 7 keeping a molded product in the bottom force is provided and in said holding device 7, a coil spring 4 energizes in the projected direction the pin 5 having been projected into the portion of the material well 3a being out of a product in the cavity 3, and a wire 6 is fixed thereto such that the pin 4 in retracted in the bottom force, when the product is taken out. The top force is formed, regulating preliminarily its dimension by the thickness of a core member 8 so as to be able to set the core member 8 onto the surface facing the cavity 3 which recieves the foaming material becoming a product, whereby the adpering of the molded product to the top force may be prevented at mold opening process and the defects such as creases occurring on the skin of a product are able to be prevented. |
