PURPOSE:To ensure the operation of set/reset by lowering a threshold value to a set/reset signal less than the ''H'' level of an output voltage. CONSTITUTION:When the level of a set signal terminal S is transited to a high level, a transistor (TR)Q1 is turned on by taking a base potential of a TRQ2, i.e., a voltage value of a reference voltage value VR as a threshold value, a current of a constant current source IO is switched so as to flow to a load resistor RL1 and the TRQ1, a collector potential of a TRQ4 is decreased and a collector potential of a TRQ5 is increased. In this case, in connecting an emitter follower comprising TRs Q6, Q7 to the collector of the TRs Q4, Q5 as shown in Fig. and taking each emitter as a complementary output OUT' and a true value output OUT respectively, the set state where the true value output potential is at a high level and the complementary output potential is at a low level is obtained. |
