PURPOSE:To incorporate full-automatically a notched discontinuous contour stopper ring in a workpiece by providing a stopper ring position adjusting unit, a stopper ring delivering unit and a stopper ring incorporating unit. CONSTITUTION:On a base frame 1 are mounted a stopper ring position adjusting unit 2, a stopper ring delivering unit 3 and a stopper ring incorporating unit 4. On the bed surface 5 of the unit 2 is erected a support frame 6 to which is attached a first guide body 7 for guiding a notched discontinuous contour stopper ring L. When an operating cylinder 49 of the unit 3 is extended, a pivot arm 63 is pivoted downward and a doubling plate 101 of the swing arm 69 abuts against a stopper block 100 to locate the stopper ring L. When clamp members 65, 66 reach the lowermost end, a hollow rod 85 of the unit 4 is extended and a split sleeve 91 moves and inserts the ring L into a ring attaching groove 99. |
