<p>PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of SAKE lees, to keep the working environment in sanitary state, by providing a SAKE lees separation mechanism, a feeding mechanism to transfer the SAKE lees separation mechanism horizontally, and a tilting mechanism, and combining the mechanisms so as to achieve a specific action with each other. CONSTITUTION:The SAKE lees separation mechanism A is transferred from the stand-by position (a) to the admission position (b) by the transfer mechanism F while keeping the peeling plate 4 parallel to the pressing plate 1' or the filter plate 1 having deposited sake lees. The feed screw 24 is rotated by the motor 3, and the sake lees separation mechanism A is moved along the guide rod 10 to the position C to start the peeling operation. The tilting mechanism S is energized to rotate the peeling plate 4 around the axis 11 until the tip of the peeling plate 4 is attached closely to the surface of the pressing plate 1' covered with the deposited SAKE lees.
