PURPOSE:To make the handling of heavy, fragile glass simple and stable, by setting up a winch, carrying out an up-and-down motion for a sliding frame, in a transfer base. CONSTITUTION:A box 12 is locked to a scaffold 3, while a driven chain wheel and a sprocket are all locked to a shaft 13 of the box 12. On the other hand, a driving chain wheel is locked to an output shaft for a winch 6, and an endless chain 14 is stretched over between both driving and driven chain wheels. In addition, at the backside of a sliding frame 5, there is provided with a non-endless chain 15 in vertical directions, and the sprocket is engaged with this chain 15. Therefore, with a handle 16 rotated, the sliding frame 5 can be moved up and down. With this constitution, a glass package C is mounted on a receiving frame 4 and leaned against the sliding frame 5, thus loaded in a titled state. |
