PURPOSE:To prevent dazzlement against an opposed car from occurring in time of lighting the head lamps. by checking feed to each lamp for high beam use until a lighting position select switch is selected to the low beam side in time of a head lamp lighting switch being turned on. CONSTITUTION:In a state that a lighting position select switch 4 is at the H side of a high beam side contact 4, when a head lamp switch 3 is turned on, a normally opened contact X1a of a relay X1 is opened so that lamps 5H for high beam use of head lamps 5 and 5 remain unlighted. On the other hand, a relay X2 is excited via a normally closed contact X1b, closing a normally opened contact X2a, and power is fed to lamps 5L for low beam use by means of a circuit 10, thus these lamps 5L are lighted. Next, when the select switch 4 is selected to the 4L side, the contact X1b is opened by operation of the relay X1 but the relay X2 is turned off whereby the contact X2a is opened as well so that there comes no lighting by the circuit but lighting is continued to go on by feed at the contact 4L side, and then if the switch 4 is selected to the 4L side, these lamps 5H are lighted. |
