PURPOSE:To assure the strength of the joint of a spoke of a motocycle's wheel and lighten the spoke, by forming the spoke body with a pipe and forming the joint by inserting a core-material in it. CONSTITUTION:A spoke body 1 is formed with a pipe, and a core-material 4, such as steel wire, is inserted in the joint 2. In this way, it is not necessary to fear that the pipe is crushed during the bend process of the spoke 1, and the spoke 1 can be lightened because the inside of it is made to be hollow. Consequently, the diameter of the spoke 1 can be increased without an increase in weight, so the spoke 1 can be improved in its strength. |
