A heat insulation fitted thereupon 10 can hinder heat transmission to the vibration preventive rubber 3a, to prevent deterioration of the durability of rubber 3a. Accordingly the supporting ability of an enclosed compressor and its characteristics can be held in as much good condition as in the initial period of operation for a long period.
