PURPOSE:To provide the smoke discharging device capable of washing the inner surface of a flame sensor simultaneously with the washing of fats and fatty oils adhered to the inside of a main body. CONSTITUTION:A pump 11 is operated for 10 seconds after an exhaust fan 5 is stopped and, during 10 seconds, detergent in a liquid detergent reservoir 8 is injected from a spray nozzle 4 repeatedly to wash the fats and fatty oils adhered to the inside of the main body 1. When the pump 11 is operated, the liquid detergent is sent into a cylinder 16 through water feeding pipes 3, 17, pushes down a piston 18 against a coil spring 19 to move the flame sensor 22 to the front side of a baffle plate 2a through a slit 25 provided on the baffle plate 2a and the flame sensor 22 enters into the washing area of the spray nozzle 4 to wash it together with the inside of the main body 1. |
