PURPOSE:To obtain a coreless armature motor which has a slender shape and produces a large torque by engaging coil strands of inside and outside formed of coil strands of equal length aligned in parallel and sequentially bonding the ends of the strands to be superposed radially. CONSTITUTION:A coreless armature forms a commutator block by press-fitting an insulating base 10 to one end of a rotational shaft 1, bonding or engaging a commutator 3 and connecting wirings 11 to the base 10, and externally inserting one end of a cylindrical coil 2 to the outer periphery of the base 10. The coil 2 is formed by engaging cylindrical coil strands 2a, 2b formed with lead coils of sheet shape from many parallel coil strands cylindrical strands 2a, 2b formed in a cylindrical shape and the ends of the leads exposed with the ends of the strands 2a, 2b. |
