PURPOSE:To obtain a desired pressure balance regulating width by forming a space at the outside of a telescopic member and filling liquid. CONSTITUTION:The lower end side hole of an outer shell 1 is blocked by telescopic bellows 2, and a motor shaft 3 is supported by thrust and radial bearings. A rotor 6 is secured to the shaft 3, and a stator 7 is secured to the shell 1. A liquid filling port 9 is provided at a member for covering the upper end hole of the shell 1, and the hole to the outside of the bellows 2 is detachably blocked by a rigid end cover 10. This cover 10 is mounted on the lower end of the shell 1, coupled to a filling tube 11, and the liquid is supplied from the port 9 into the shell 1. After filling the liquid, the tube 11 and the cover 10 are removed, and the liquid between the bellows 2 and the cover 10 is exhausted. |
