PURPOSE:To incorporate an inductor component and a capacitor component by designing the constitution that each earth terminal of electrodes arranged oppositely via a dielectric substance is directed in opposite direction and at least a part of the one electrode is designed to be cut off. CONSTITUTION:The plate-shaped dielectric substance 15 is made of a ceramic or the like, the electrode 16 forms a variable inductance, the electrode 17 is arranged in opposition to the electrode 16 via the dielectric substance 15 and the electrode 17 forms a distributed constant circuit together with the electrode 16 so as to form a variable capacitor. Further, the terminal 18 is the earth terminal of the electrode 16 and the terminal 19 is the open terminal of the electrode 16. On the other hand, the terminal 20 in opposite side to the terminal 18 of the electrode 16 is the earth terminal in the electrode 17 and the terminal 21 is the open terminal. In adjusting the capacitance of the distributed capacitor to an optional value, the electrode 17 is cut off at an optional electrode position 17a. |
