<p>PURPOSE:To obtain readily a laminate excellent in accuracy of thickness at a low cost, by preliminarily curing the lateral ends of an elongate prepreg that has been produced by impregnating an elongate base with a synthetic resin followed by drying, cutting the prepreg, laminating the obtained prepregs, molding the laminate under heat and pressure, so that the formation of burr due to outflow of the resin is prevented. CONSTITUTION:The lateral end sections of an elongate prepreg that has been produced by impregnating an elongate base with a synthetic resin (e.g. phenolic resin, etc.) followed by drying are preliminarily cured over a distance of 5-20mm.. The prepreg is cut into lengths having a prescribed size, a prescribed number of the cut prepregs are laid one over the other, and the laminate is molded under heat and pressure to obtain the intended laminate.</p> |
