PURPOSE:To make the thickness of a formed item uniform and to obviate deviated molding, by arranging air cylinders at points in a mold where part of a formed item is liable to become thinner otherwise, and projecting cylinder rods with heating jigs to adjust the stretched condition of a resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:Air cylinders 4 are arranged at points in a vacuum mold 1 where part of a formed item 9 is liable to become thinner otherwise, and heating jigs 6 are attached to the tips of the cylinder rods 5 so that a sheet 8 can be adjustably stretched. The heated sheet 8 is vacuum-molded with the sheet 8 stretched to a state suitable to the configuration and size of the intended item 9. |
