PURPOSE:To improve the heat dissipating effect by inserting a sealing agent between a heat sink fin bonding surface and the outer periphery of a frame. CONSTITUTION:In order to manufacture a frame for a motor, a metal plate is bent to form a heat sink fin 11, the fin 11 is then bonded to the outer periphery of a frame body formed previously in a cylindrical shape, and a sealing agent 14 is inserted between the bonding surface of the fin 11 and the outer periphery of the body 2 to perform a projection welding. Thus, the surface of the fin 11 to be bonded and the outer periphery of the frame body 2 can be welded without generating a non-contact portion to perform a welding. |
