PURPOSE:To select optionally a capacitor coil by arranging oppositely electrodes via a dielectric substance, directing an earth terminal of a sub-electrode in opposite direction to an earth terminal of main electrode, in the same direction and also not setting any terminal to the earth terminal. CONSTITUTION:A main electrode 16 forming an inductor is arranged on a dielectric substrate, and sub-electrodes 17, 18, 19 arranged oppositely to the main electrode 16 are provided on the other side of the dielectric substance. Further, the electrode 17 forms the distributed constant circuit so as to form a capacitor together with the electrode 16. Further, the electrdes 18, 19 form the secondary coil. Further, a terminal 20 of the electrode 16 is an earth terminal and the terminal 21 is an open terminal. Then the terminal 22 of the electrode 17 and the terminal 23 of the electrode 18 are earth terminals, and terminals 24-27 of the electrode 19 are open terminals. The relation of arranged positions of the electrodes 17-19 and the share of the area are designed optionally. |
