RUBBER LINING METHOD FOR VALVE BODY OF SOFT SEAL SLUICE VALVE

PURPOSE:To carry out filling of a lining gap between a supporting fitment and valve body with rubber smooth and favorably by making reliable retirement of the supporting fitment, by performing change-over operation of the supporting fitment forcibly to a retiring position by providing a change-over operating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 3 is supported by a plurality of pinlike supporting fitments 8 so that a lining gap S is formed between the outside and a mold surface of a mold 7, in the inside of the mold 7. The respective pinlike supporting fitments 8 are provided on the mold 7 operatably in relation to displacement through screwing operation extending over a supporting position wherein these come into contact with the valve body 3 and a retiring position wherein a lining gap S' is formed between the supporting fitment 8 and valve body 3. The lining gap S' between the retiring supporting fitment 8 and valve body 3 is filled with the pressing-in rubber through the continuous rubber pressing-in by performing retiring operation of the whole of the supporting fitment 8 while the rubber pressing-in state is being kept on at the time when the rubber pressing-in is completed in a state wherein the whole of the supporting fitment 8 is at a supporting position.
