PURPOSE:To attain simple and accurate time setting while reducing input ports, by inputting data in a pulse count system by using a dial. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generating means 26 detects the rotary angle position of the dial 11 connected to a rotation restoring means 19 to generate a pulse and a dividing signal generating means 28 succeedingly outputs a dividing signal during a time when a dial 11 begins to rotate from a restored position and again returns to the restored position. On the other hand, a gate circuit 29 allows the pulse signal of the means 26 to pass only for a time when the dividing signal is inputted and a display means 14 performs figure display in plural figures. In this case, a display control part 31 counts a pulse signal passed through the circuit 29 and displays the counted value to the display part of the lowermost rank figure of the means 14 as well as to perform figure-up of previously inputted display on the basis of turning-OFF of the dividing signal. |
