PURPOSE:To obtain roasted cod roe having proper salty taste, characteristic resistance to the teeth, and good palatability, by blending cod roe with fish meat, roasting the blend. CONSTITUTION:>=50wt% cod roe is blended with >=30wt% fish meat, and, if necessary, coloring matter, sorbitol, other additional matters, fixed into a given shape on a base plate, steamed, processed, and roasted. |
