The invention relates to a method and a device for changing the course of a water artery. The invention provides for the position of the water artery to be determined, for a borehole to be produced by means of a conventional drilling appliance down below the bed of the water artery, for the direction of flow of the water in the water artery to be established, for a locking and deflection means to be inserted into the borehole, and then for gravel packing to be provided. In addition, a well tube can also be inserted. The locking and deflection means consists of a tube which is provided with a recess in the circumferential surface, the opening area of which is greater than the cross-sectional area of the water artery and which points against the direction of flow of the water and is arranged at an angle differing from 90 DEG to the direction of flow. <IMAGE> |
