<p>NEW MATERIAL:The polypeptide of formula I . USE:Drug having growth hormone secretion accelerating activity. An antiulcer agent. A remedy for wound. Effective to various growth hormone deficiency diseases such as microplasia. PREPARATION:The peptide fragment of formula II is condensed with the peptide fragment of formula III having protecting group, and the condensation product is condensed with the peptide fragment of formula IV having protecting group. The product is further condensed with protected glutamine and leucine, and then successively with the peptide fragments of formula V - formula IX each having protecting group, and finally, the protecting groups are removed to obtain the objective polypeptide of formula I . All amino acids in the formulas are L-isomers.</p> |
