PURPOSE:To reduce rotary swing of a center rod by fixing adjustable load applying means at plural positions on the flange face of the center rod and securing to the rotary surface plate. CONSTITUTION:A center rod 29 is fixed to a rotary surface plate 11 to mount a work 13 having central hole such as an original video disc on a mounting table 12 and position thus to perform working on the circumferential face. The base section of said rod 29 is made to a tapered shaft 24 which is fixed into a tapered hole 22 of the surface plate 11. A flange 25 is provided to the tapered shaft 24 and pressed against the surface plate through a screw 26 and a click 27. The screws 26 and clicks 27 are provided at plural positions on the circumference to minimize the rotary swing of the center rod 29 by adjusting them. |
