<p>PURPOSE:To improve the starting characteristic by applying a forcing to the exciting current component of an AC machine synchronously with the timing of ON speed command. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic circuit 15 calculates an exciting current component command value Im* and a slip angular frequency command value omegas* on the basis of the command value phi* of the magnetic flux in response to the speed command from a speed command setter 1 and the command value It* of torque current component in response to the error between the speed command and the speed feedback value. A vector controller 3 calculates the command values iu* by the command value omegai* of the primary angular frequency added with the command value omegas* of the slip angular frequency and the actual speed feedback value omegar, and command values It*, Im*, and applies them to a power converter 13. A speed command ON/OFF discriminator 8 applies a command to a forcing generator 14 of the torque current component at the ON time of the speed command and a forcing generator 9 of the exciting current component to compensate the forcing.</p> |
