PURPOSE:To raise the wear resistance and pulse current resistance of a heating resistor by using a heating resistor of a thick film having wide face enough to cover the whole area of a base plate. CONSTITUTION:A resistor connecting conductor 12 and a common conductor 13 are printed on the base plate 11 of the heating element and baked. A heating resistor 14 is then printed on the base plate 11 and baked in such a way as to form a wide heating resistor over the whole area on the base plate 11 as in the case of the resistor connecting conductor 12 by using a thick film material. Afterwards, the resistor 14 and the conductors 12 and 13 are finely divided to form plural heating resistors 141, 142,... and plural conductors 121, 122... and 131, 132,..., having a parallel fine line form. |
