PURPOSE:To shorten the turbo lag in acceleration and improve the acceleration response by smoothly and speedily increasing the number of revolution of a turbine by delay-maintaining the throttled state of a blower passage in acceleration. CONSTITUTION:In low load operation, a throttle valve 21 is throttled within a range not exceeding a surge line, and a bypass passage 19 is opened. In acceleration, the throttle valve 21 is delay-controlled so as to maintain the throttled state for a prescribed time from the detection of acceleration, until the intake quantity corresponding to the perfect opened state of the throttle through natural suction is obtained. |
