PURPOSE:To drop the scale falling into the supporting parts of a metallic material to the lower side without stagnating the same by inclining and forming alternately the placing and supporting part of moving beams adjacent to stationary supporting beams in opposite directions. CONSTITUTION:The supporting parts for a metallic material 6 with adjacent supporting beams 3 are formed of independnt slopes 10, 11 inclined alternately in opposite directions in the axial center direction of the material 6. Supporting parts 12 having a V or semi-arc shape are formed by the combination of the slopes 10, 11. The height size of the beams 3 on the bottom sides of the slopes 10, 11 is made small to make the sectional shape of the low part 13 approximately triangular. Slopes 14, 15 extending in continuation with the slopes 10, 11 are further formed to the parts extending to the underside of the respective slopes 10, 11. The scale falling onto the slopes 10, 11 during movement of each material 6 falls downward by gliding on the slopes 10, 11 and 14, 15. |
