<p>PURPOSE:To detect a mark simply and rapidly by introducing marked light into one end of a bundle of optical fibers arranged in a crisscross shape, and converting light emerging from the other end arranged in a linear shape into an electric signal with a one-dimensional image sensor. CONSTITUTION:An image 13 having ''O'' mark is formed on one end 11a of a bundle of optical fibers 11 arranged in a crisscross shape through a lens 12. Light emerging from the other end 11b arranged in a linear shape is converted into an electric signal with a one-dimensional image sensor 14 such as CCD. The signal is processed with a preprocessing circuit 15, and after recognizing the position of the ''O'' mark with a recognition controller (CPU) 16, the mark is moved in the necessary direction with a driving device 17 to carry out positioning.</p> |
