PURPOSE:To prevent an oscillating transistor from overdriving by compensating the increase in hFE due to the temperature rise of an oscillation transistor. CONSTITUTION:A positive temperature coefficient thermistor RTH is inserted to the base current flowing passage to transistors Q1, Q2 of a transistor inverter circuit A', and the thermistor TTH is disposed near the transistors Q1, Q2. The resistance value of the thermistor RTH is increased by the heat generations of the transistors Q1, Q2, and the base current is reduced. Since the hFE of the transistors Q1, Q2 tend to increase due to the temperature rise, the overdrive of the base current due to the increase of the hFE is compensated by the thermistor RTH. |
