PURPOSE:To prevent surely an accident of a guiding member for insertion and the inside wall of a pipeline by constituting a titled device in such a way that the guiding member for insertion is made freely rotatable in the direction around the axis of the inserting part of an endoscope with respect to said inserting part. CONSTITUTION:An inserting part 52 is preliminarily wound and bundled at the user's hand and is successively let off to be inserted into a pipeline 40 in case of retrieving a pipeline 40 up to the deep position by using a relatively long-sized endoscope 50. Said part is kinked in this stage between the part near the hand where the inserting part is successively let off and the part near front end 51 already inserted. A rotary cylinder 13 is made freely rotatable with respect to a holding cylinder 12 integral with the inserting part 52 of the endoscope 50 and therefore if the inserting part is kinked as a result of the insertion into the endoscope, the part 52 and the cylinder 12 rotate in the direction of releasing the kinks. Therefore when the user inserts successively the inserting part of the endoscope at the user's hand into the pipeline 40, the cylinder 12, the front end 51 integral therewith and the part 52 near said front end rotate by themselves by following up to the inserting part on the hand side, by which the kinks are released. |
